Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges


Time Frame: You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receipt if it is damaged. Change of mind returns are not accepted.


Condition: The item must be unused and not more than 5% of the total quantity should be used if claiming damage. It should also be in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Processing Returns and Refunds


Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Shipping for Returns


Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Non-returnable Items


Used Products: Products that have been used more than the specified limit or are damaged will not be eligible for exchange or refund.


Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges


Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For such exchanges, please contact our support team.
